Is this their first winter? My peafowl freaked out with the snow since this was their true first winter out since they were only babies last winter and were inside. My peahen was on the roof for 4 nights in below freezing temps with heavy snow showers. Would not come down until I cleared a patch... -

One year olds and they will be herded back in pen and my dog is very familiar with birds walking around , pet turkeys and chickens. I'm not worried in the least. I take it you aren't a free ranger. We have perfect environment for free ranging. -

Hi. I have had my peacock and peahen for a month now. I modified a horse stall as a pen with a doggie door to an outside pen. Today I opened up the horse stall door to give them full access of the barn and loft. They loved it. So I am thinking 2-4 weeks to get used to the place before I open up... -
