    Thank you very much. This was very helpful. And yes Cayugas don't fly and they are definitely not show ducks but I expected just a little bit more info from them. Kind of like the info you gave me. Now I know what to clean it with.

    The local farm place near me told me they don't get any of those. They usually only sell like 3 different kinds. That would be cool if you found someone local with them. Good luck on your search.

    Yes it was. About $60 for 2 ducklings. If you get them local you might pay only 6-8 a duckling.

    I would do a test run to see how they react before building a bigger project. I know my ducks would run threw fire to get food. But some run from there own shadow. I will post up some Ida's I've seen that I would like to try also. Believe it or not I've seen a ton of feeder ideas on Pinterest.

    After we bought our first ducks and I really started learning about the different types of ducks I stumbled on cayuga ducks and instantly feel in love. So I ordered some in April and they arrived early yesterday morning. I'm pretty pumped to have these two.
