We are 100% sure that these are the parents, our cockerel was black as a chick is that helps. Definitely no other hens or cockerels involved! Will try and find a picture of the cockerel as a chick but not sure if we have one. Do remember he was black with a white spot on his head as a chick.

We have had no other cockerel for at least a year so I don't know what else to say! We hatched our current cockerel which was more or less identical to this chick. We will just have to watch and see but thank you.

I'm not going to argue over it but the fact is that this chick came from those two as those are the only birds it could possibly be and as i said the other hens are identical anyway. Here are some pictures of the other chicks from this pair if that helps.

These are definitely the parents of the chick, no doubt about that as she was the only hen laying and he is our only cockerel. Our other two hens are identical so it wouldn't matter anyway.

Hi - we hatched 6 chicks from our Creole cockerel / Gold partridge hen. Think we have worked out who is who apart from this one (will post other pics later to check). Any ideas please? Just over 4 weeks old. Thank you.
