This is a much more useful picture, from which something can be determined. That is female specific coloring for a Welsummer.
Too young to be certain, but looks like a pullet for now. That might change in another week or two though.How about this Swedish flower????

Are you sure those are Welsummers? That bird appears to have green legs. Welsummers have yellow legs. Pattern looks too messy to be a Welly also.
