Does anyone know if there is a limit on how many chickens/roosters allowed per home in Indianapolis? Someone told me that they thought it was illegal to have over 5 hens and absolutely no roosters at all. I thought I had read 10 hens and 1 rooster was the limit but now I can't find where I read...
Well I was told that I had 10 hens; 4 ISA Browns, 2 Rhode Island Reds, 2 Black Jersey Gians and 2 Golden Laced Wyandottes. But come to find out one of my RIR is a roo! But their all happy and healthy so that's the most important thing right?
