I have mostly used the layer pellets and checking the ingredients list, I don't see DE. Perhaps as suggested here it is for anti-caking which would make more sense in the scratch feeds rather than the pellet feeds.
I have used Scratch & Peck for at least 6 years. It is pricey but the ingredients are organic and the company is local, both desirable attributes for me.
