    Strange questions I am new to chickens and I have 2 Americauna hens both have orange necks and black laced with orange on the rest of their body. What is their color designation? Does tufted stand for their cool mutton chops? And will they ever start being more social? They are almost 3 months...

    Thanks for the info. I came across this site while researching what you get when crossing a bantam with a standard. I was worried about ending up with small eggs out of the hens that I hatch.

    Hi, I am new to raising chickens I have a mixed flock 9 standard laying hens and 1 cocky silky roo. My favorite is one of my buff Orrington'so dubbed "chicken little". My main goal is breeding some unique hybrids.
