Thanks for the reply. The coldest we get in my city is around -15°C and thst only happens 2-3 times a year. The standard temperatur in winter is -6° C. I think their fine without a heat source until the temperatur goes below -10°C ???.

Hello I got two light sussex chickens, they are 14 weeks old. I suspect that one is a rooster but i don't know about the other one. But last night the chicken that i dont know the gender on started clucking. So i was just wonderring if rooster clucks like hens r do they just crow?

Hello I got 2 light sussex chickens. They are "Twins" and 12 weeks old. I think it is one rooster and one pullet. One of them got a bigger and redder comb "he" is also more dominant.[/IMG][/IMG]

Hi One of my 10 weeks old Light Sussex chickens make this weird sound. If you look at the video around 30sec and once again at the end of the video. anyone whi can tell me why the chicken do this sound?

Is there anyway that i can see it on the behaviour? Beacuse they always follow eachother and one of them is more dominant.
