From a hatchery or breeder? I want to get some but trying to avoid getting hatchery birds, want to get some from a breeder that will ship or a local breeder. Might have to settle for locally bred from hatchery parents.

Tried that calculator the +S in the color description is saying it is yellow/golden color and has one silver gene, that can be confusing because the + is normally used to designate the 'wildtype' gene. It looks like it is used correctly in the genotype.

Hi! I have friends that have a few Muscovy ducks but no chickens. I had both when I was little and don't remember our chickens (mostly Leghorns) attacking any of the ducks.
If your hens aren't hurting the ducks then they should be okay, just keep an eye on them. I would get rid of the rooster...

Update on keeping feral roosters out of my parents place:
