    Curled up chick toes

Hi I have just had a chick hatched today that has the outer toe/claws curled under his feet when he's walking. I saw a video on YouTube saying to stick a bandaid on his spread foot and closing it over the top, training the bird to walk on it. Can anyone recommend this? Thanks in advance

Where do chickens like to be pet?

Hi. I have 5 silkie chicks ranging from 10 days to 1 day old and none of them like their backs being smoothed. They all love a gentle belly rub though. Even when they're anxious to get back to the others, they calm right down and nod off as soon as their bellies are smoothed :cd
