No, put right in their mouth with a syringe. I think you could have put it in the water but they weren't drinking the water either and kept knocking it over. It said for faster result to put it directly in their mouth.

Yes, but other than weighting them, is there anything else I should be doing? I have done dewormer, electrolytes, vitamins, VetRx, Nutri-drench, oatmeal, and fresh herbs, along with a heat lamp. And tonight I'm going to attempt giving them scrambled eggs for protein.
