    Because you need a license to process them and the rules are stupid and needs to be done in like a usda approved facility and all this other ********. You can process them for someone if it's free though.

    Surprisingly purina is pretty cheap say 18 bucks a bag and Iv heard of some feed stores selling it for 14 a bag if u buy like 15+
