As recommended on the instructions, 100 degrees, 50-55% humidity. Last 3 days upped humidity to 65%

One egg has peeping and is moving. These are eggs from my flock. I bought a still air incubator from the local farm supply. I candled the eggs and all seem viable. Some of the olive eggs I can't see anything even with a powerful flashlight,. Just going to wait a few more days

I've had chickens for 6 years. In all that time only 3 have gone broody, 2 of those hatched chicks. It's been 4 years, and no other of the hens seem to ever go broody. I'll get the occasional one that acts like it for a day, but then stops. Any tips?

I have buff orphibgtons, silver lace Wyandotte, and some sexlink. Last year in october one of the sexlinks went broody in the neighbors yard, and we wouldn't let her set eggs that late in the season

I have a dozen hens and a rooster. The hens lay mostly in only 2 of the6 nesting boxes. They appear to fight over those2 nests. I wonder if the fighting over the nests keeps the broodiness at bay. I'd like to have a been hatch out chicks. Any ideas?
