I've gotten all my chicks from My Pet Chicken. Very happy with my purchases. Not one mistake on sex, all arrived happy and healthy.

Looks like splay leg. One of my chicks had it and I put a brace on in. Left it on for a week or so. She healed up and is perfect now. Here is a pic of the braced I made. Put it on ASAP while the chick is still tiny. Good luck.

I've had a black Silkie named Dixie, a brown Chickie Parm. Also a Silkie Polish cross named Cindy Lophair.

I left the brace on for a bit over a week. She was a lot better after a few days but drastically improved with the extra time. Good luck with your little one.

Took the brace off after about a week and Lucky is sooooo much better. Her leg is still a bit to the side but she can walk just fine and is bending the leg correctly and has both feet planted firmly on the ground. Yeah!!!!!
