Hi, I ended up selling the one with green legs and the one with red in the comb, I brought them about 4 months old from two different sources. Still waiting on my silkie hens to lay now :)- starh

Hi! I am having trouble deciding which silkie rooster to breed from. One has the best fluff but greenish feet, the other best shape and fluff has a bit of red in his crest. Another with good foot and comb colour but not much head fluff. This one pictured has bits of red in his comb. What would...- starh

Thanks! I have a few silkie roosters and I'm not sure which is best.this one has red in his comb so I better not breed from him, my other favourite with magnificent fluff on the head has greenish feet :( my one with no red in comb and proper colour feet doesn't have so much head fluff so its a...- starh
