So, I have a RIR that I noticed hunkered down in the back side of the coup. . . . another bird was pestering her. I've isolated her. She's very lethargic, won't walk. I noticed the goop on her rear end and she haunches. I've attached some pics. . . appreciate any help!!!
I keep seeing that you shouldn't raise chickens and quail together. I'm wondering what you guy's thoughts are on having quail hutches inside the chicken yard - still isolated.
Came across this thread during my new turkey coop build.... the yard was already there. I'm adding the coop to the outside of the yard to be able to provide additional shade and increase the square footage of the yard by wrapping some fence around the coop.
