Pugly says hi. I don't think HE will be around much long sadly she decided to be a he. He's super friendly though. He will move to my step moms farm instead of my backyard soon.
I am having the worst luck with roosters showing up in my flock....thoughts? I live in town so I can't keep them and why mine have to be so sweet is beyond me. Anyways, my most recent ???
Our first flock of 17 died a month ago to my no longer owned dog. Got a new group and only 2 of them are very friendly and he/she is one of them. He had become famous on IG and I have so much fun with him but I won't be able to keep him if he's a he.
My sweetest most loavable pullet might actually be a Roo and I don't know if I have any hope that she is a she.
She sits on my lap, preens a lot, and doesn't seem cockish but maybe that doesn't come until later. Anyways, any thoughts would be greatly appreciated. Pugly is 4-5 weeks old.
I had someone on my IG say they think my Pugly is a cockerel. My heart will be broken if that's true. We have had such a hard time without flocks and SHE has been the sweetest out of this one. Thoughts? I only have one as the sis died. She's about 4+ weeks old. Maybe 5.
We called her Raven. Hoping not too early to figure out what she is. What we found so interesting is her hackle type feathers never lay down. She totally looks like a raven or vulture when she's perched.
They said she was an "Aquila" but I can't find anything on that bread.
