Confused Wyondottes

Hey. I was told these were both Wyondottes but they look so different. About 7-8 weeks I think. Maybe closer to 7.

They are probably just bad quality Wyandottes.

I have a few of them myself (not wyandottes but a different breed that has bad feather quality)
