Well, how many male chicken can you count? If the males are too many for the females the probability of hatching reduces. Remove the extra males and leave the ratio 1: 7 at least most is 1:9 females. MY TURKEY WITH A LUMP FACE
My young turkey developed a lump (i don't know its name) which makes it half way blind could not allow it to see food sometimes. When I touch the place is soft like its watery but tick like catarrh. What sholud I do to it? Anyone with same experience? Please help! -

Very informative. I once helped about 28 Guinea fowl eggs and they are all well until when I read an article that it's not good to assist a chick to hatch.
