My young turkey developed a lump (i don't know its name) which makes it half way blind could not allow it to see food sometimes. When I touch the place is soft like its watery but tick like catarrh. What sholud I do to it? Anyone with same experience? Please help!

I would try this first:

If that didn't work, I would try the enrofloxacin that @fat brown hen suggested. How much does your turkey weigh?

If the turkey is having trouble seeing, you might want to lance the lumps and drain the pus out.

I did not scale it but it is just 3 months old. It is not broiler it is our native turkey. We call them local breeds ( Not that big breeds)
