How to tell how far along the eggs are?

A turkey was nesting in my hay field and got killed by the mower saving her eggs, I refuse to throw away life because she risked her life for those eggs. She had 14 and only one was broken and the chick in that egg looked like it had its “feathers” and colour already. Im asking for maybe different photos of different development stages so i can somewhat estimate how far along they are so i can do the incubator lockdown and all, please help in any way possible

And if anyone knows a good way to sex the poults when they hatch or if it takes a couple weeks let me know

If this was a wild turkey, it is illegal to take the eggs and hatch them.

The only way to reliably sex young poults is by having them DNA sexed from either a blood or feather sample. There are numerous sites that will do the DNA sexing.

Yes. I wait until they are old enough to tell by physical characteristics. Too costly for me.
