I know turkey poults hatch on day 28 from what I have read, but one of my turkey eggs have begun to hatch already on lockdown, I am worried that once this turkey completely hatches and I take it out of the incubator I risk messing up process and drying out the membrane of the other poults still in their eggs, what should I do...

leave it for 24 hours inside. btw you can open your incubator and grab chicks quickly without any harm. if needed spray some lukewarm water over the eggs before closing the door. I usually take turkey poults out when they start running.
Thanks for the help, much appreciated!

People over emphasize the dangers of opening incubators. It isn't that big of a deal. @armyman88 gave good advice.

If you do spray water, Do not spray it on the eggs. Spraying water on the eggs cools them because of the evaporation effect.
