    I'm in Florida. Right now we have highs in the 80's and lows in the 50's. We are getting a cold snap this weekend with lows in the 40's and high of 70. A little warmer than you.

    Yes..do it! I just moved all my 19 4-5 week Olds out in the yard with the adults and the 2 week Olds out into the baby run. Everyone is outside. Yay! Next is getting the juveniles to roost with the adults at night.

    Thanks..they are in the brooder in the coop and I have an enclosed run where they get to be outside but safe. I want to make a small door in the wire of the run for them to venture out but still to get in their run if chased. I think they can start.

    It was def the other chicks that killed the one. It butt was pecked out and I found 6 others with pecked butts and wings. I isolated them, made more room and gave more feed and the problem stopped. So far so good!

    Confused on when to stop turning eggs

    I have eggs in my incubator that were put in over about a 10-day period period the early ones are ready to hatch and I stop turning them. The later ones still need to be turned but I'm afraid to open the lid because the humidity will go down. What do I do?
