    Chick with bad eye infection!

Thanks I think I have a tube of triple antibiotic already, and I found some flush so I'll try that and if she improves I may get some terramycin later. We got her while we were out of town on a day trip so taking her back at this point is more trouble than its worth, especially since they were...

    Chick with bad eye infection!

Hi guys so two days ago we picked up some chicks to add to our silkies, and as it was dark we didn't realize till we got home that one showed signs of an eye issue, it is only one eye and shows no signs of spreading. I work all day and in that time soft soaks have not prevented it worsening. Now...

Some one let the cat out of the bag & ended up with feral squab !?

Haha thank you! She's really quite plain compared to some of the birds from our city flock, 99% positive there been new York flights bred in at some point and maybe some other breeds cause we have quite the pattern combo, from pure black to white wing tips to grizzled and splashes! She makes up...

We're living in the great out doors lol! Now to stop the begging and we'll be perfect! (We've been Fully weaned, but makes no difference in FJs opinion when foods involved) ps has anyone tried flight suits? They look like the they'd be handy when the birb is in the house.

Also almost totally weaned only fed a fingers worth of food by me once a day! This evening though he decided he was still...

Also I have a 4×2 hutch(used to breed rats) that I plan on using as his starter cage outdoors as he feathers out and builds muscle. Anyone know how long till I can leave him out on his own? I assume till he's completely feathered but obviously ferals live outside in the same weather so idk!
