All I know about this chicken is it's a Bantam. I'm guessing ee because of the cheek floofs, but i honestly dont know. Pullet? Cockeral? Breed? I honestly just don't know. 9 weeks old.
I dont mind having a rooster, i just worry a barred rooster will be very aggressive. Im on 30 acres and have a big space for them with no neighbors for about a mile, so noise isnt an issue. I just worry about aggressiveness.
Cordelia, the top two pics and the one in question, is a bit bigger and taller. She has a little larger feet. She chases the other chicks around and this morning, she grabbed one of my banties by the back of the neck. She will bite your fingers. No crowing yet, but she seems to have a roo...
This is Cordelia. I'm pretty sure she's a pullet, but her comb is much more developed than her sister, Ophelia, who's the same age, 9 weeks. Am I wrong and she's a cockeral?
This is Ophelia

Those are pretty birds! My chickie was from a mix of bantams, so that's all I know about him- er- her at this point. Lol. Thanks for the replies! I'll post some more pics as chickie grows up. Right now, I've given it the name Napoleon, so that may have to change.
This guy is about 5 weeks old. I think he is some kind of cochin, but I am unsure if he is a rooster, or in fact if he is a she. Lol. He has a bold personality, and he has been very slow to feather compared to my other chickens. What kind of chick is this little guy, and is he a hen or a rooster?
