Wow thank you for the link, very interesting! I don't know how old the egg was when I found it but I go there every day and it wasn't there the day before so I guess it was pretty fresh (also did a water candling when I found the egg and it was sinking). -

Nice! It's good for keeping the temperature stable, what I use now is this laser thermometer, it's very precise but I need to "shoot" the egg each time I want to know the temperature.excellent, I will add them to my shopping list :) -

Sure! So the first picture was my first attempt of an incubator and the second is the final idea, so at the back there is a hole abnd that's where I put my heater in front of and the egg is snuggled in the little blanket. Yes totally homemade in the meantime, I might order a small one on amazon but for now it does the job the temperature stays stable its just for humidity that im a little bit concerned as I spray the egg by hand and cant measure the % that way... -

Yes, near my river and there is always ducks coming around the area, no chickens around. I am keeping the temperature at 99.5 and spraying some water every now and then, I heard that the humidity has to be around 80%? Thats what I am not sure about, thanks for the quick response!:):)- faniebg
