They are all a little over a year old. Got them last spring. When I first went to pick it up I thought it was a work and freaked out a little bit. It is hollow like a tube and is still stuck in the egg. Never seen anything like it. We have had the soft shells before but nothing like this.
It's not the soft shell that worries me. We get those from time to time. It's the thing coming out of the egg. It's like a tube of some sort. Hollow up the center and rubbery.
