Hi I realize it's 2020 now, but if anyone is still following this feed, what would a Cemani roo cross of a Barred rock he look like? Would the female offspring still have the black skin and flesh? And would the same be for a solid black he such as an Australorp or Langshan hen? I'm luck enough...
Are you selling Bielefelder or Lav. Marans hatching eggs? I'm taking a road trip to Baton Rouge next month. My email is [email protected] you can also text me five-four threeThree nine sevenThree fiveEight. Thanks.
I'm looking for a breeder of TRUE lavender Marans for hatching eggs and doesn't put more than 8-10 hens to their rooster. So bummed out that I bought Bielefelders eggs, 20 eggs to be exact, and 10 were completely INFERTILE. Thanks for any references. :)

I have RIR hens and one roo, Elvis. Love them, but they are 10 months old and STILL laying SMALL EGGS. If you are looking for HIGH PRODUCTION, White Legnorn is what you want. On another note, I read crossing a WL roo to a RIR hen produced an even higher egg production with an off-white egg...
This is our first Cornish Cross / Buff Orpington cross. To our surprise, our 4 cc girls started laying eggs. So we bought a grown 3 yr. old BIG BO Rooster. He was able to mount these ladies and we have beautiful cross breed chicks. They are now about 6 weeks old. The chick picture here is about...
HAS ANYONE OUT THERE CROSS-BRED A *WHITE LEGHORN* rooster to a *RHODE ISLAND RED* hen? If so, can you tell me what the EGG PRODUCTION is like (color, size, frequency in laying, etc..)? I read that this particular cross outlays the org. pure breed.
