During the withdrawal period, using pig swin piperazine wormer. Can you feed the eggs and shells back to the chickens? What about feeding the eggs to my dogs? I hate to throw them out...... If anyone knows, I would greatly appreciate any help..... Thank you!!!
Hey, I am new to chicks.... I have a small flock of 8 ...... all assorted breeds.... My EEer had 3 'lil green eggs last week..... and now, NOTHING for 1 week.... Is this normal for new chicks? Am I doing something wrong?

Hello, I live in south Alabama and have access to LOTS of oyster shells....... I have them in my yard from cleaning fresh oysters..... Can I crush them for my chickens?
bantybev: People have mentioned that if the chickens are free ranged, they would pickup pebbles in the yard...... My coop is 90% finished and will have an 8x10 run....... I do not know if I will be able to let my chicks out into the yard (I live in the city, but we can have 25 hens) to pickup...
