Hello, both of these eggs are day 8. I can see veining in the other eggs but not these. One definitely looks like it has a blood ring.

Jason Rhodes has a youtube channel (and his own chicken feed) and he sprouts in the winter. I'm curious to try this with my ducks (I've done fermenting in the past).

Hello, it's difficult to tell from the video but ducklings need a water bowl big enough to dump their whole head in and clean their nostrils/nares. Here's a popularly recommended drinking bowl.

Do the ducklings have a deep enough water dish where they can fully submerge their whole head? (It's hard to tell in the pic). They need to be able to clear their nares/nostrils out under the water. :)

Does that mean if the breeder I got my eggs from has adult hens with orange bills that they’re not breeder quality? (some of them have orange bills and feet even though they’re adults)
