    I recently got in touch with them and they are sending out another collar. It is understanding how the sites system works and the way they want to communicate.

    Does any one know if these collars really work. I bought one for my roo and he is just as loud as can be even after tightening it. He manes to work at it until it falls off onto the ground. The company I purchased this from does not want to talk to me.
