I would like to thank you all very much for your help. My daughters and I truly appricate it. We have done what we can tonight and all four of them seem to be resting in a nice warm dark room. I will post tomorrow. I will now go to new member and fill out the questions. Thanks again.
I have not seen a deep wound on #4. I cant keep her calm enough to get a good look. It seem like its just missing skin. I have a photo I'm sure the hole in it is the base of her wing
the light colored one as of right now seems to just be missing skin i couldn't maneuver her without her getting to upset.
the dark bird is missing a thick layer of skin off of her back.
Thanks to our friend that is helping. I must admit I am a whimp. I can not look at the photos yet. My daughters will do anything and everything suggested to save them.
I am reading and posting three people are in other room taking care of my girls. At this time they are taking a picture of the worst. No one seems to have much hope. New at this forum thing. trying to upload pictures.
Daughters are bringing them in and assessing them now. I have a warm dark room and boxes with towels for them. Three are speckled Sussex and one easter egger. They are 10 months old. First time with chickens.
My chicken were just attacked by 2 of our dogs. They got into the coop. 2 are dead 4 are still breathing. What do I do? What do I look for? 2 are sitting on the ground one is clucking.
