    i had 3 eggs out of 4 hatch successfully! Egg #4 was breeched and suffocated when it internally pipped! But I have three beautiful geese two boys and a girl and I love them to pieces !

    so last night I noticed one egg is wiggling and moving! That same egg is still moving! I don't hear any peeping and I haven't noticed any wiggling of the other 3 eggs. No external peeps yet ! Ahhh this waiting is intense ! I can't sleep !

    You have to cover the fan! Or your chicks will get injured( or die) when they stand up! Call Harris Farms- they will send you a fan cover and something for the flooring .. but for now cut a screen and use a hair tie for the fan cover:

    I took the turner out and stabilized them between pieces of sponges ... which I will remove on lockdown . I've been hand turning them

    My Senators geese eggs have been in the incubator for 1 week. I just received my egg weight and humidity scale in the mail today - Is it too late to weigh them to keep track of humidity loss? What weight should they be around hatching time?
