Update, the little guy is doing better, he's still weak and won't eat but he can move around and chirp. Thank you so much everybody! I'll post a picture later :)
We checked them all, only 1 more is alive, we helped him open up his hole a bit and now we're going to wait to see if he continues himself, he probably won't though cause he's weak, but he's peeping a lot.
In the mean time, here's a picture of the 2 first ducklings, born yesterday. Both born late but extremely healthy and big. We had to help one out a bit after he zipped all the way around but was glued to the shell
He's moving a lot, did the whole round of the incubator but his head is still being dragged, I think he might have hurt his neck while being stuck in the egg
One or two have pipped externally, the others haven't though, a lot of them are moving inside though, they just won't come out, the first one was a day late so I haven't given up hope. I can see darkness in the shell where one of the ducklings has pipped, I think it's yellow goo drying up :(...
He's actually dry, he has some left over dry yellow goo stuck to his back, his feathers aren't fluffing up, I know if I give him a quick little shower it will help but I think he's too weak for that. I put him in a little towel anyway
I live in Belgium so I have no idea what that is but I've read that vitamins can also help them, I'll go to the pharmacy and see what they have. Thank you!
