Horrible situation

When I have ones that are slow to get their legs under them I stick them in a tupperware container like this:

Then I cover them with a paper towel and stick them back in the incubator. Once they crawl out of the container I know they are ready for the brooder.: D

The above pictures are a reenactment. Above duckling was very weak yesterday and spent all of yesterday in the tub. This morning it's out and about, hence ready for the brooder.
Okay I'll try this later, thank you!

Just FYI, until ducklings are fully feathered, they lack the oil in their feathers to be able to stay afloat for very long. Best to limit their water time until then. I learned this the hard way, almost had one drown. Luckily, the water wasn't deep enough and I discovered the issue in time to save him.

How many eggs left to hatch?
We checked them all, only 1 more is alive, we helped him open up his hole a bit and now we're going to wait to see if he continues himself, he probably won't though cause he's weak, but he's peeping a lot.

His neck and back of the head is very swollen. We tried putting him in a cup but he won't sit still so we put him back in the incubator
