Horrible situation

I suspect that the amount of fluids is from humidity being too high and have seen this swollen head/neck think in my own as have many of my fellow peafowl breeders. If nothing else is wrong your duckling will absorb the fluids in a few days.

Never swim Ducklings till the umbilical is dry and falls off so Bacteria doesn't get into them. Momma Ducks wait a couple of days...
Oil is produced as soon as they can hit water..

Update, the little guy is doing better, he's still weak and won't eat but he can move around and chirp. Thank you so much everybody! I'll post a picture later

Wet the feed to a soupy mix so he can get hydrated and nourishment..Easier for then to eat..
