What type of asil are they on the second n 3rd picture?i put cubalaya stags in with asil hens to teach them manners. they are much better cocks for it. when you breed a pair of asils the hen will always fight the cock. attention should be given to the maturity of both birds or you will have deaths. 1 to 2 years is best for hens although they will be good mothers for the rest of their lives. 18 months to 5 years is good for cocks. more pics:

This historic information you have here, what is your source? because it sounds like colonial information. There are ancient scriptures, book of manu, vedic texts, and hieroglyphics that say different. Lord Murughan his wife aditya, Shiva, Kali, This is where the history of the Murgha starts. When Hindustan was conquered thats when the name went to asil, the conquerors tried to change everything like any conqueror does when they take over. However the Brahman caste hid their Indian history and heritage from almost everyone, as Indians dont like anyone knowing about certain things. The bird was taken by conquerors and different strains were developed mainly by warriors and underling soldiers. The different castes are responsible for certain things in Indian culture. The Brahmans lead, direct, heal, teach, direct, uplift, and advance things for the better of humanity. The middle caste mainly falling under the punjabi blood, are built for the structural labour, maintaining law and order, so the fireman, military, agriculture, construction, general operation of society etc. they are built bigger, they were gifted the murgha from the brahman Raja who preserved them. These generals or sergeants created different strains by crossing pitters and so forth. Explorers, tradesman then were introduced to the bird and things took off in different directions. This is ancient history and just a quick non detailed bullet point. The Asil or Aseel is a breed of chicken originating from the South Punjab/Sindh area of Pakistan and India. Asils were first used for sport, but are gaining popularity in the exhibition world. The breed is generally unstandardised in South Asia and India, but popularity has increased in the western world in recent times with the breed standardised in the British, Australian and American standards.
Asils are not recommend for beginner chicken keepers as they can be "a handful". They are known to be very aggressive towards other chickens, the chicks often fight when they are just a few weeks old and mature roosters will fight each other to death. Hens can also be very aggressive towards each other and it is advised that they be kept separated. Towards humans Asils are generally very tame though.
The hens are not good layers, but make excellent broodies. Egg production depends on the Asil variety, the small Asil are known to be very poor layers, sometimes laying just 6 eggs a year, whereas larger Asil can lay around 40 eggs a year.
