    Yeah i just put the RIR out in the teenage chick coop and then had to move the teenagers into the big coop.. Now I'll probably sit out her make sure no one picks on my teenchick.. They are about 7 or 8 weeks old..

    I have mint and lavender growing all around the run and the outside perimeter of our coop and we haven't had any bug issues. The chickens don't bother with it at all.

    We didn't really train him it's like he just knew what to do.. He heards the kids, sheep, cattle, and the chickens.. Were really active with him and he just loves to join in and help.. Hucks 7 years old..

    They should be fine sleeping as long as its kept clean and i'm sure they feel safe and warmer that way... My Hens always lay in the same nest even though there are enough nesters to lay in there own spots.. Shouldn't be a problem unless one lays weak eggs or you got a broody in the nest.. If...
