    Ah yes the age old question am I a pullet or a roo? Felicia or Felix? I’m leaning roo but my husband doesn’t want to believe it. 😂 No tail feathers yet and the comb is more pronounced than the other babies of the same age who are different breeds.

    this is illyana, we think she might be a he. She’s about 8 weeks old and showing some roo traits, but we thought we’d come here and ask to be sure. We can’t have roosters in our city so we are planning to take her to a friend who lives outside the city if she is in fact a he. Thanks for your help.

    Well she passed away. Every thread I read prepared me for this...but I was not ready. I hope anyone reading this knows sometimes you can't help. Only can do what you can to make them better.

    She seems more active today, and is standing better. Maybe she just needed isolation from her bratty sisters. She cries at night though so Im eager for her to recover so I can place her back with the others, so she wont be lonley.

    So she's tore the brace made of vettape off her feet, then my husband found her in her waterbowl just laying there we got her out and dried her, she is still the same. We put rocks in her bowl so She can't do that again. She still barly moves. None of her poops have been like those of the virus...

    Silkies.

    THIS!! Silkies are popular, and when my local feed store didnt get silikes in I went straight to craigslist to look for some. Somoene will take them im sure.
