My ducks have just started laying. I have not seen any of my girls sitting. My state that I live in right now is extremely cold. I am new to having ducks and need all the in put I can use.

Can any one tell if these are roosters?

How can we tell if they’re Roosters? I’m so new to this and have many questions. I’m still trying to learn how to post questions I have 10 sexlinks and 5 Rhode Island’s. Sexlinks are 18 weeks my Reds are 8 weeks. Are there certain things I should look for to be able to determine?

I have been giving them a mix of oyster shell and corn. Is that ok to give?

I found my first egg this morning! However, I also found a few very soft shelled eggs. I do need advice from all you pros; “My chickens are close to 18 weeks when can I expect more eggs? Is this normal for eggs to be soft shelled since they’re still young?” Thanks all
