I guess that I am different then others because I dont do it but I have considered myself. In case Silverbird doesnt answer you can get probiotics at any feed store, it comes in a huge syringe looking thing that you squirt in their mouth (sorta like a paste). I wouldn't give him whole cow's milk for any reason. But in this case you may want to scour him a little. I wouldn't do it personally though.
