    Yep single comb, I got her off a craigslist add that said "Purebred rumpless speckled aracauna" lol and I was like....hmmmm but she's just too cute and her personality is super fun! She lays a tiny cream egg, this picture has a bit of forced perspective, it's a small egg, but I love her anyway :)

    Yeah, I guess in that picture you can't tell, but the speckled is rumpless, she's adorable, no idea what her mix is either. I'll see if I have a better pic, or get one later

    I picked up this girl in a 4 pack along with two Amerucanas and the Rumpless creature you see in the background. A while after she had been mixed in with my flock (after several weeks of quarantine) I started getting these lovely green eggs! I do have 3 babies that haven't started laying yet but...

    I was initially told Barred Rock, then Cuckoo Bluebar....however, looking at those legs I'm thinking just Cuckoo Marans.......? Any sex guesses at this point (I know it's very early)?

    WOW!!! Mine were both double yolked...My girl has gone back to her 60-something gram eggs, and I'm happy about it, I too was a little worried about her getting egg bound, she's a small girl! Sorry to hear about yours :(

    here he is at around 8 weeks, and I forgot to get recent pics, but the bottom one is from June I think. It doesn't do him justice, he has a lovely green sheen and nice red up around his neck.

    I have two Cream Legbars, 9 months old. They lay me beautiful blue eggs, one usually right around 51-53 grams and the other is generally between 61-65 grams. Imagine my surprise when I got a 96 gram then a 100 gram the next day, both from the 60 gram layer. I’m floored lol! I by no means expect...
