thank you, the eggs were from my own hens though and i don't have a leghorn........ i DID and she was possible the mother of the Olive Egger....... it that a possible generation skip or doesn't it work like that? thanks again

Hello All Hoping someone might be able to give me some clues about what the yellow chick here might be. They will be a week old tomorrow, the wing feathers are starting to appear and are yellow, the legs are feathered. Dad is definitely a Blue Copper Maran, mum could be RIR, Buff Sussex...
