Give them time, they are hardy little creatures! They are probably in deep shock from the event.

So the vet said it could be 1 of 3 things.
Firstly it might be that an egg had broken inside her (hence when we did check for an egg in her vent could not feel one) and this has become infected which she might be able to recover from.
