    Dark feathers are brown with some black underneath the wings. Also, some brown in the neck feathers. Everyone seems to be thinking cockerel. We were wondering if it was a male, too.

    Thank you. I knew I had a blue laced red but I didn’t realize that was it. The group pictured was given to me so I wasn’t positive on breeds.

    Are you saying it’s a rooster because of the comb and waddle? It actually started crowing a few days ago which concerned me, but I’ve heard that hens can crow sometimes too.

    Looking for help on my unidentified bantam hen. She is the orange and grey chicken pictured in the middle. I can’t find anything online that she resembles. She does not have feathers on her legs for those wondering. Thanks in advance!
