Hello & welcome. I haven't had issues with snakes. Are they large? If you have a nice secure coop with appropriate hardware cloth the racoons shouldn't be an issue. I have lots of predators (coyotes, racoons, hawks, mink) none have ever got a taste of chicken from our homestead. Best of luck!

Find someone in your area who's a trapper. They'll set up a live trap for you & remove it from the property.
