    Modesto Millings Game Bird Starter vs Grower/Adult

    I'm thinking about getting quails so I started looking for a food that is organic. Their starter is 28% protein while their grower/Adult is 20% Should I feed the quails the starter formula their whole life? Or transition? Or mix half and half which will give a protein of 24%?

    The cockerel actually doesnt really interact with me at all so I've been leaving him alone the past few weeks. He's very aloof and derpy. Kind of slow honestly. I'm glad I didn't push any type of training on him!

    I've been training these little chickens to fly onto my hand. They usually fly up, then i let them onto a perch. The brahma always refuses to get off my hand and just settles down. She then kind of puffs up and kind of dozes off as I pet her. She's so sweet!
