I am going to try and rehome with someone who is willing to work with a crossbeaked bird, or cull if it gets worse. Won’t do to keep as a breeding bird, even though I am thinking it was injury related...and not genetic
These two have slightly more comb and color than some others I am sure are pullets, but less than the ones in this group that are for sure cockerels.... will post one of those in comments

Hatched 11 from last night into this morning.... The splash color ones are from three hens, one easter egger and two sapphire gems. The blue ones are from two starlight green eggers, and one blue was from one of the sapphire gems eggs.
Not an expert dear, I just know the hatcheries are not breeding birds to a show quality type. I have four pullet cream legbars from a hatchery and one has to much crest, most have wonky combs and only one has the desired white neck feathers.... they are good for being what they are backyard...
