    Thanks for the tips. We're doing everything except twice a day soaks and we haven't pulled too hard at the scab. We've got him isolated in a dog kennel in the barn. We've been dealing with the prolapse for the same amount of time (a few days) as the bumblefoot. We put neosporin on it every time...

    I have a duck (drake) with bumblefoot. Apparently it's been there for a while but we only discovered it a few days ago. We've tried picking at the black part but can't tell if we're doing more harm than good. To this point we've been soaking him daily for about an hour in an epsom salt bath...
