I have lots of rabbits: Mini Satins-Red, Black, White , Otters Blue & Black. New Zealands, Californians & Netherland Dwarfs. We show and do sell some culls in the larger breeds for meat.
I give mine sticks from the yard and orchard to chew on and also pinecones.

YES,
Got up that Morning and put Homemade Sausage, Sauerkraut & taters in the crockpot.
Then, cooked a big beef roast, mashed taters & gravey to make manhattans. Also fixed boiled cabbage, corn and sweet taters. Chocolate cake for dessert! Had the family over and played cards.
Comfrey is a great plant I have been growing it for 10 years. I feed it to all the animals about once a week--also dry it and add it to the bunnies hay in the winter weekly.
Good luck w/ the new plants.

I do not know about protecting chickens.
I got our first minature donkey" Maggie" to put w/ the cows because coyotes had killed 2 calves. I had also counted 27 on the ridge one evening. It worked!! We do not see any coyotes around at all. Now we also put donkeys in w/ the goats and horses. We...

#2 Sometimes the babies are inferior and it is just natures way. They would have probably died anyhow. Did you see the babies? Were they are deformed?
I handle our babies from the moment they are born and never had any trouble.

If you are going use Wisteria you need heavy support it can bend metal.
I planted climbing rose on the front side and planted gourds, beans, peas.& cucs...on the rest.
I have Forsythia & Spirea bushes in my pens. Clematis Vine & Blackeyed Susan vine growing on the fence. They are doing fine. The vines provide shade and look nice. The Pheasants enjoy the bushes.
Thanks for the help.
I guess they are white pheasants. They look just like the pic posted.
Now, I need to decide to keep them or make dinner.
Thanks again

My Daughter came home from the fair w/ 2 white pheasants. I have never heard of white, so I assumed they were Silvers, but they are not. All white w/ red mask around the face.
Are white pheasants crosses? For meat??

Alfalfa hay is not good for bunnies--to much protein. Rabbit pellets (feed) contain mostly alfalfa so they get enough protein from thier feed, no need for more. Trully a rabbit gets everything it needs from the pellets and doesn't need anything else. I give mine timothy/grass hay as something...
I would give her some Gatorade ( mine prefer the red) to drink and some yogurt( mine like the peach). Might help her feel better!
Good Luck!

I would get a rabbit.
Guinea Pigs smell bad.
Also, a Loinhead is not a recognized breed by ARBA. So, if you are planning on showing them I would choose another breed.
We raise and show Netherland Dwarfs, Californians, Mini satins & New Zealands.
All have great personalities.
Good Luck!!
